investment expert elliot nunez Mr. Nunez has 25 years of multi-industry executive leadership, brand marketing, business development, and finance experience. Most recently, he was President and CEO of TNR LLC, an energy technology company based in Houston, Texas. Previously, Nunez worked the majority of his career in a number of executive management positions for Whirlpool Corporation, FMC, and General Mills.  In addition to board level experience, he brings both a strong operational background coupled with extensive industrial and consumer marketing skills.

He has a proven track record with international trade partners, cross-functional teams and M&A. Nunez earned a BS in Accounting from Oakwood College and an MM with a focus on Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He continues to strengthen his strategic planning, business development, technical and management skills through accredited programs such as the Executive Education Program at Northwestern’s Kellogg School, and Six Sigma programs.


As VP and General Counsel, Ms. Moss manages the legal and compliance aspects of Next Gen and its affiliates. In addition to her role at Next Gen, she serves as General Counsel for Geophysical Technology Inc., a seismic technology startup company.

She previously maintained a private practice at Campbell & Riggs, PC representing startup and early-stage companies on corporate matters from formation through liquidity. She previously served as General Counsel for Kenmont Capital, a Houston-based fund platform, and before that as an associate in the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she advised private equity and venture capital funds on fund formation and mergers and acquisitions. She received her B.S. in Communications from the University of Texas and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University and is licensed to practice in Texas and Massachusetts.


Mr. Griffith is responsible for NGCM’s institutional investor client services. Prior to joining NGCM, he founded BimSoft Ventures, a venture capital firm that focuses on innovative technologies. In addition, Mr. Griffith led BimSoft Technologies which funds and partners with technology innovators across a broad segment of exploratory technologies. Prior experiences include Securities Analyst at Freddie Mac, Regulatory Analyst at FINRA, and Financial/Investment Advisor Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley) and Merrill Lynch (wealth management division of Bank of America). He has completed all requirements for Series 7, 63, and 65. Mr. Griffith continues to actively advise companies in both early and growth stages. He is a board member of Exobox Technology Corp., and serves as a review committee member for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund.

Mr. Griffith received his B.S. in Business Administration at Florida A&M University and his MBA in Finance from John Hopkins University. He also is a graduate of the Wharton School’s Executive Development Program.


Mark has over twenty-two years of experience within the economic development, utility, and consulting sectors. His background includes The Alliant Group and Ernest & Young. Mark’s consulting experience includes negotiating federal, state, and local tax incentives on behalf of clients throughout the U.S. He has successfully negotiated over $500 million of tax increment financing, property tax abatements, payroll tax credits, finance grants, cash grants, and infrastructure grants. Mark has utilized his economic development skill set within the utility industry, state and local government, and serving as CEO of a regional economic development corporation in southwest Michigan.

Mark has presented locally and nationally to state agencies, community associations, and both local and regional economic development organizations.  Additionally, he has received numerous state, regional and local awards related to his community and economic development activities as well as for traditional and digital literacy efforts.  Mark holds a B.A. from Indiana University and an MBA from Anderson University. He has been a member of the Indiana, Michigan and Texas economic development associations as well as CUED and AEDC. Mark is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
